No extra fees for textbooks for undergraduates
The 精东影业 All-Access program will allow undergraduate students to "rent" textbooks and digital materials for free for the semester. If everything is returned at the end of the semester, there will be no out-of-pocket costs.

精东影业 is assembly a team of faculty, staff and student leaders to begin planning for the opening of the three university campuses for the fall semester. The team will be guided by health and safety practices recommended by the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization, Texas Department of Health Services and the local health districts in each of the communities served by the university.
