Interim Head of Enrollment Management

Shirley D. Caldera serves as Interim Head of Enrollment Management at Our Lady of the Lake University (精东影业). With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, she brings a strong record of leadership in enrollment strategy, student success, and academic administration.

Throughout her career, Shirley has led initiatives that expand access to education and strengthen student achievement. As Associate Dean, she oversaw offsite campuses in San Antonio and surrounding communities, supporting program growth and community partnerships. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member in Psychology and Organizational Leadership, reinforcing her long-standing commitment to teaching, mentorship, and student development.

In her current role, Shirley oversees admissions, enrollment processing, recruitment, international services, and retention initiatives. She is dedicated to aligning strategic enrollment efforts with the university鈥檚 mission, ensuring that processes remain student-centered, mission-driven, and responsive to the needs of a diverse student population.
